Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a Philippines-based casino agent (broadly construed) to use Agentbook. You confirm that the identifying information you provide — full name, brand, agent code, phone number — is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us via support@agentbook.ph if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our community safety guidelines. Repeat or severe violations may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund of any unused subscription fees.

4. Pro subscription

Agentbook Pro is billed at ₱100 per month. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We don't provide refunds for partial months.

During the proof-of-concept phase, payments are mocked and no card is actually charged. Real billing will route through PayMongo / GCash; this page will be updated once the integration ships.

5. Content ownership

You own the posts, comments, and messages you create. You grant Agentbook a non-exclusive license to display them within the service to the agents you've authorized to see them (your friends, communities you've joined, public feed for non-restricted posts).

6. Direct messages and encryption

DMs are end-to-end encrypted client-side. Agentbook stores only ciphertext. We cannot read, recover, or restore your message contents, even if compelled by lawful request. Lose your device, lose the history.

7. Disclaimers

Agentbook is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of shared promo information, or outcomes of any gambling activity discussed on the service. Use of any third-party promo, link, or service mentioned on the platform is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users. You may delete your account at any time from settings (account-deletion flow ships with the next release).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
